Product description Yakers find their origin in the mountains of the Himalayas. They were originally made for human consumption and are still consumed today by the people of the Himalayas and their dogs. They are made from a blend of skimmed yak and cow milk. A very small amount of lime juice and salt is also added to curdle (harden) the milk and then pressed into blocks and dried in smoke for 28 days to give these chewy sticks their unique flavor.
