Because our range moves fast and stock comes from different sources, delivery times can vary slightly between products. If you're ordering multiple items, they may arrive separately — this helps keep things moving instead of holding your order back.

You have 30 days to return your order from the date of delivery. The process is straightforward — no unnecessary steps, no friction.

Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with packaging where possible. Once received and checked, refunds are processed promptly back to your original payment method.

Because POYPA operates on a deal-driven, off-price model, return shipping costs are not automatically covered unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
