Each tablet provides 29 specialist bioactive nutrients including iron, vitamins B6 and B12 and riboflavin (vit. B2) which contribute to normal red blood cell formation and energy release. Selenium and zinc are also included as they contribute to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cell constituent from oxidative damage.
