Also contains: Sorbitol (E420). Directions Adults and children over 12 years old: Take 1 or 2 tablets when symptoms occur. Maximum dose: Do not exceed 8 tablets in a 24-hour period. How to take: Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not chew or break the tablets. Frequency: You can take the tablets as needed, but allow at least 2 hours between doses.
