Directions 1. Roll the earplug between your fingers to compress it. 2. Reach over your head and pull up on your outer ear to straighten the ear canal. 3. Insert the earplug into your ear canal while continuing to pull up on your outer ear. 4. Once in place, release your outer ear and push the earplug gently into your ear until it feels comfortable. 5. To remove, press down on the back of the earplug and wiggle it out.
