Ingredients Ingredients: Fish oil concentrated (57%), gelatin (bovine), evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.) (14%), humectant: glycerol; d-alpha- tocopherol (Vitamin E); antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract. Directions 2 capsules per day with food. When starting supplementation it is recommended to take 6 capsules per day for the first 12 weeks to help balance essential fatty acids in the body. Safety Warning Keep out of reach from children.
